The new study shows the power of active surveillance for vaccine related injuries. The incidence of vaccine-induced myocardial injury (or heart damage) was estimated from hospitalization data to be 0.0035%. But a new trial which tested everyone who got an mRNA vaccine estimates it’s a thousand times higher or nearly 3%, and possibly much more common in young women than we thought.
In another surprise, most of the victims were women — fully 20 out of 22.
Up til now, we thought myocarditis was more common in young men, but perhaps that’s not the case? Women made up 70% of the healthcare workers in the trial but 90% of the victims.

Twenty-six percent of the people surveyed reported minor side effects, 10% reported significant side effects, and 60% of vaccinated adults reported no side effects.
According to Rasmussen, the U.S. adult population is now 258 million, which “would mean 63 million had at least some side effects from the COVID-19 vaccine, including more than 17 million who experienced major side effects.”
