House Speaker apologizes for honouring Ukrainian who fought in Nazi unit in WW II

House of Commons Speaker Anthony Rota is apologizing for honouring a man who fought for a Nazi unit in the Second World War. Rota took full responsibility for the incident and said no other parliamentarians nor the Ukrainian delegation were aware of his intentions. (Justin Tang/The Canadian Press)
