But as they also claimed that the burning of fossil fuels would cause catastrophic climate change, I started doubting the narrative. Wouldn’t this problem be solved if there was no oil to be burned? They knew. They still waved her through.
This is the same government that spent years ignoring CSIS warnings about PRC interference, United Front networks, and election meddling.
Now under Carney the pattern continues.
Our own agencies are clearing people tied to a hostile regime for positions inside our closest alliance.
How many more wake-up calls do we need before someone in Ottawa treats national security like it actually matters?
This isn’t competence.
