It is months now since we set this Locals up after Danielle Smith Locals was closed to us, and this site functions quite well as a continuation.
Locals has a number of features we don't use at all and some, like chat, that we use seldom. If anyone is interested in looking into such things or has ideas about any improvements, please comment below. Basically, my approach has been just to participate and let things run. There has been, so far, no need to moderate or ban. We had one incident which I deleted. Otherwise, this site is pretty much on autopilot. We have some money in trust that will be distributed when it reaches $1,000 or so.

We trace this back to the early 1900s when powerful foundations reshaped medicine through the Flexner Report, eliminating natural healing schools and replacing them with a pharmaceutical model tied to financial and political power. Today, regulators and governments serve global agendas rather than the public, rewarding obedience and punishing integrity. The path forward is decentralization: rebuilding medicine, governance, and community structures on truth, accountability, and the direct relationship between individuals and those who serve them.
