I’ve been to the places they destroyed; the mess in Africa is indescribably awful, tent cities and terrorism their legacy.

Their wickedness is especially on display in the U.S. and Canada, which should be two long-running and booming economies with major growth rates, and creativity like a Catherine Wheel.
