Dr. Phillip Buckhaults, a University of South Carolina professor and expert in cancer genomics, known for his lab’s invention of the COVID spit test during the pandemic, provided testimony before the South Carolina Senate Medical Affairs Ad-Hoc Committee on DHEC.
