Was listening about Alberta MLA wanting to have re-reimbursement for e-bike or scooter rentals. I thought for sure it was an NDP member (wrongfully thought it was Janis Irwin although could be on committee) but imagine my surprise when it was a Grande Prairie MLA.

An Alberta legislative committee is exploring whether taxpayers should cover the cost of e-bike and e-scooter trips taken by MLAs and caucus staff. According to Brotzel and Crosby courtesy of Rod Bell, Premier Smith is going to announce Danielle bucks this afternoon. I would prefer they save it but the unions would go on a tirade so better money back to Albertans and keep the gas tax as summer is here and the tourists from other provinces can subsidize us for a change. If oil is over the magic number next quarter then lower the gas tax. Thoughts?
BREAKING NEWS - $100.00 per person in household July 1. I am not sure if that is better than gas tax break for majority.
