how do i most cheaply acquire “on base” (getting elected) and runs (getting control) to put up wins (welding influence). and like billy bean before him, soros has been a pioneer in this, playing the political establishment over and over by finding unlikely avenues of highly affordable influence like NGO’s, prosecutors, AG’s and similar means of acquiring massive and effective influence on the cheap.
