Mark Carneys elbows are definitely down, he has no intention in retaining any natural resource jobs.

2,500 jobs gone in NWT.

Mining, gone.
Oil and gas, gone
Auto industry, going.
Steel and Aluminum mining, going.
Ship building, exported to China.
Airplane industry, none.

So why in the name of hell does the City of Calgary have auto-body technicians on staff payroll as members of CUPE?
Why would they not have private businesses do this type of work for the city?
It’s the same with all the building maintenance as well, all well paid city employee CUPE union members, when there are multiple companies out in the private sector who do this work for much less expense to the taxpayer.
I get that some positions need to be staffed by actual government employees but this is kind of ridiculous.
