I am trying to figure out if Covid lockdowns will ever die. A couple I know moved to an assisted living as she was tired of cooking and were liking it until a flu has them in lockdown. Have to eat in their room and wear a mask when outside of it. Cemented it for me that I will not live where I cannot come and go as I please. This is in AB.

I got notification that my subscription is expiring. I go through all the hoops to get to the payment and no longer have coins to pay. If I want to renew, it’s $12 USD for 6 months! Yikes! $12 CAN, ok but USD?! That’s like $15 CAN. Sheesh….

I’m on both this site and GrammaWillows, and when it comes time to renew both again in 6 months, it’ll be somewhere in the neighborhood of $30…for 6 months!

Any thoughts or suggestions?
